5. Receive items
The last step is waiting to receive your order. Please pay customs duties, import taxes, etc. at the time of delivery.

■Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you separately regarding the response method.
■Non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason in the following cases:
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days.
・ Products that the customer has opened, used, or processed
・ Products that have been damaged by the customer
■International warranty
We are sorry, but we do not offer international warranty (except when the manufacturer has set up an international warranty service).
Therefore, we cannot take any responsibility for any accidents, including initial defects, malfunctions, and damage to products, for orders from outside Japan.

■Cancellation
Cancellation after placing an order is not possible.
■Costs related to import
For orders from outside Japan, Japanese consumption tax does not apply.
However, various expenses such as customs duties and consumption tax related to import will be borne by the customer.
The policies regarding these expenses differ depending on the country. For details, please contact your nearest customs office.
■In case of damage
Products may be damaged during delivery.
If the product is damaged or soiled, please submit a "damage report" to the nearest post office using the following procedure:
1. Please keep the damaged product, 2. the outer box, and 3. the shipping documents.
2. Bring the above three items to the nearest post office.
3. Ask the nearest post office to file a damage report.
■In Case of Defects or Incorrect Deliveries
In the event of defects or incorrect deliveries, we will respond by exchanging the product for a good one or issuing a refund.
Since the response may vary depending on the product, please be sure to contact us before returning any items.
If you return an item without contacting us first, we may refuse to accept the return.
